o In order to streamline the on-line support requests and better serve the populace, we are utilizing this support ticket system, hosted on an osTicket Server.
o Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
o For your reference we can provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
o A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
o Announcements, Outages and Notifications can be reviewed at https://webminister.eastkingdom.org

There are several things that you can do on this site.

The most important one is being able to Open a New Ticket with the Webministry by clicking on the "Open a New Ticket" button you see above.

o Comcast, Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo! email services are blocking some emails being sent from the @eastkingdom.org domain.
