The East Kingdom Webministry maintains an online Help Desk Portal located at http://helpdesk.eastkingdom.org to better serve the Kingdom's needs.
The Webminister, or Agent's access to the Help Desk is a similar address of http://helpdesk.eastkingdom.org/scp where the login information will look different:
The Email is the email@example.com email, or the Username is simply the 'localbranch'.
My Local branch is the Shire of Coill Tuar. Therefore the email is firstname.lastname@example.org or the Username is simply 'coilltuar' (without the quotes).
If you type in the wrong password, you will see the error 'Access denied':
Choose the 'Forgot my password' link and enter the Webminister email address and hit the Send Email button:
If all goes well, you should see this response:
If not, you should see the following error:
Try the opposite of what you tried before. If you did the email address, try the username, and if you did the username, try the email address. If both fail, send the East Kingdom Webminister an email to check out the system.
Once you are logged in, you will be on the main screen to check your Tickets. Please see the entries on how to use the Help Desk System, found in the Webminister Only section of this Knowledgebase.
